Review: A true meeting of kindred electro spirits, as San Diego's Harvard Bass and Holland's Bart Bmore join forces for this awesome new double-track release. You'd expect their individual skills in making incendiary dance music might result in an over-the-top orgy of bass, bleeps and beats, but on "The Funky One", they actually restrain themselves well - dropping a building banger that marries a short funk sample with ever-climbing Dutch leads and a pared-down but addictive beat. "The Dark One" however sees them go for broke as they melt together a cavalcade of intense white noise, gritty filter bass and hardcore beats.

Review: Bart B More seems to be doing more collaborations than solo material at the moment, but when the results are as good as this collaboration with Tai, it's hard to complain. It's impossible to tell where the ridiculous vocal sample in "Nobody Canna Cross It (The Bus Can't Swim)" has come from, but it's Bart B More's sense of humour that serves him well, and combined with the pitch bent rave chords and squealing bassline it makes for one huge track. TWR72's remix takes a darker approach, straightening out the original's more esoteric kinks for a moody big room roller, while Max + Nima's rework opts for a full on air assault, with a low, droning bassline with the power of a low flying jet, along with some welcome 808 driven percussive touches.
