Beataucue At Juno Download

Review: French boutique imprint Kitsune have yet again excelled with the standard of remixers on this latest from French fidget/electro smashers Beataucue. While their original is a gloriously psyched-out mix of pitched-up samples and vocals all woven together with some canny filtering, Dom Rimini adds a techno rush to the beats while Buraka Som Sistema main man J Wow strips things down for subtle and infectious booty quake mix. High Rankin also delivers with a seriously abrasive rubdown with plenty of nasty swing to the drums, while Germany's Piemont take the original on a crafty minimal excursion. Great stuff all round.
