Review: A classic from 1991 and now brought back right up to date for 2010, Crystal Waters' classic floor-filler gets a spit and polish from French Dj Tristran Garner as well as these hefty remixes from The Wideboys, Kruse and Nurnberg and Sammy B. Get ready to start hearing "la da dee, la de da" all over again!

The Wideboys turn in one of their trademark pop meets progressive mixes, stretching out those devastating chords beautifully until rising siren-synths usher in a huge drop. Kruse and Nurnberg however take the vocals and arrange their own deep house backing behind it, with a funky jacking beat and organ stabs gaining steam slowly and subtly - a perfect treat to slip into any building house set.

Probably the biggest surprise in this set is the mix by Sammy B, Dj and beat-maker for original "daisy age" hip-hop crew the Jungle Brothers. Keeping closest to the original spirit of Gypsy Woman, Sammy peppers the mix with funky congas, tight hi-hats and a cool guitar sound that complements the vocal perfectly. That distinctive and much-copied organ is left in too - dropped just when the instrumental parts kick in and deployed to maximum effect.
