Deathface At Juno Download

Review: Outrageous experimental hardcore dubstep-meets-death metal duo Johnny Love and vocalist Adri Law join forces as Deathface for the next release on Trouble & Bass. Think Borgore crossed with Skrillex and Slipknot with a sprinkling of gothic raucousness and you're nearly there. "Sick Of It" (kindly) appears in dub form and also with screaming satanic chanting vocals laid over the top of smacking kicks, screeching synths and thumping drums. Likewise, "Gift Of Fury" offers us the option; with a long oriental wailing intro, it smacks into the drop after a minute and the fury doesn't let up right til the end. "Fall of Man", with its eerie midnight chimes and synth-driven fit of drums leads into "Bloodrave", an equally aggressive number which concludes the EP.
