Review: It's useful to know that this crew embraces scruffy footwear; it could come in handy when arguing with the bouncers at one of their gigs. Not that bouncers would turn away those in trainers, mind. From the word go, The Entrance encourages listeners to jump around like loons and lose themselves in a whirlwind of bowel-bothering bass, mental electro builds and contemporary garage/rave swing. Weirdly, it's actually the deeper, more considered moments that really stand out. They're in their element dropping warm, dewy-eyed two-step on "I Was Here" and "Boiler Room", while closer "Bump", with its slowed-down rhythms, is surprisingly touching.
