Review: Proof, if needed, that nu funk is really finding its feet this year with heaps of original material (we love the bootlegs but a scene really can't survive on mash-ups alone!), this is a gosh-darn fine party piece with hip-hop sensibilities that reach out to both sides of the Atlantic. The big beefy beats, solid bottom end and a cool electro riff act as a perfect bed for Lex One's sure-fire lyric spitting as we bump and boogie our way with glee. Throw in a dub and an instrumental and you've got yourself some real DJ fun - chop up the three and tease the crowd with that vocal. You really can't fail.
