Review: We had our appetites well and truly wetted by the sampler and now here it is, the full 14-track "Martian Chronicles" album on Klute's Commercial Suicide label. Prepare yourself for some tough, rough and dirty D&B of the highest order. "Spaceface" traverses the divide between raw, aggressive and industrial with aplomb, whilst elsewhere things get even more ominous in cuts like "Swampster (feat. Chris SU)". "Critters (feat. MC Coppa) is a tear out monster with oodles of dancefloor destruction guaranteed, as is "Warp Zone" with its pumelling beats and grinding bass. Absolutely awesome - we love this one!

Review: Prepare yourselves for this next installment from Commercial Suicide. As the label readies themselves for the release of Mindscape's album the "Martian Chronicles LP", we are given a hint of whats to come in this magnificent sampler. "Stardust" kicks off with an ominous, apocalyptic sci-fi voiceover in a vortex of space and time, progressing through a series of sweeping, celestial atmospherics and pounding beats to the main part of the tune which is full of shuddering bass and grouchy mid range splutters. "Truth Hurts" sees Mindscape team up with the mighty Audio and Stapleton for another exceptional venture full of grinding bass, urban spoken lyrics and aggressive SFX a-plenty. A cracking sampler which bodes well for the LP.
