Review: More than any other, the music of Sydney label Future Classic conjures images of tipsy summer beach parties, so it's appropriate their latest release comes from an act named Poolside. And "Do You Believe" is imbued with just the right amount of shimmering beauty that one would expect - forget future classic, the original cut is an instant piano-driven disco house anthem. Three remixes complement this nicely; firstly James Curd maintains his prolific form of late, turning in a vocal mix that ups the tempo and twists the instrumentation (the instrumental cut is also included on this digital release). On the flip Juno favourite Jacques Renault calls on Midnight Magic singer Tiffany Roth to belt out the vocal line, adding late night effects to give his version a distinctive NYC edge. Cosmic Kids meanwhile round off the package with a retweak brimming with midtempo niceness.
