Review: If gorgeous, summery, piano-laden D&B is unequivocally your thing then look no further than this release from Smote on Brazilian legend Marky's very own Innerground imprint. Aptly entitled lead track "Summertime" gets things started with a flourish of piano keys, hissing percussion and lush, rolling atmospherics. It continues in this vein right until the end - the soundtrack to a long, hot summer's day. "The Groove" takes things on a more dancefloor-orientated tip with murmuring bass, grinding subs and sped up, rolling breaks. A superb release here - junglists take note!
