Review: The sound of contemporary minimal and a deeper, more musical strain of house music that traces its roots back to the early 90s come together on "Liquiano". The title track is a lithe, jerky arrangement, interspersed with vocal snippets and haunting chords. "Hydra" veers further towards musicality, with mellow keys and some infectious filters imbuing the track with analogue warmth. However, Stylus saves the best until last: "IGroove" is based on heavy drums and a walking electronic bass, but the way that these contemporary elements are combined with seductive vocal samples and deep house melodies ensure that it's the standout track.
