Review: Benny Page and Zero G have been churning out some sterling work on High Culture recently, and this EP, featuring Tenor Fly, could be their best collaboration to date. Easily one of the most distinctive, inimitable MCs to ever hold a mic, Tenor's rapid tongue works wonder over Benny and Zero's rave-tinged slice of grime. Peak time heads down rolls at play, you can file this under savage. Zero G goes solo for the remainder of the package; "Murda In The Dancehall" is tonked up electro dancehall while "What Must I Do" takes a slippery segue into the whirling retro futurisms of nu-jungle. Hefty gear, may their sterling work continue.

Review: A four-track remix EP of Rebel MC's "Get Ready". Out on the legendary Congo Natty label, this is a reggae-toting, rastafari-ridden collection of riddims which should have the original nuttahs among us crying out for a rewind! First up is the Serum & Northern Lights' re-lick, which is full of thwacking drum kicks, punchy breaks, grinding synths and swaggering attitude. East London's Sukh Knight provides a rather different perspective on proceedings with an eerie, synth-drenched dubstep soundscape. Rack N Ruin switch up the tempo, stripping things back to the extreme, before Chopstick steps in and shakes things up again, rounding the EP off in style.
