Vaghe Stelle At Juno Download

Review: Stelle explores the outer limits of electronic music on 6520. "I Read It In My Eyes" is a droning, swirling ambient composition, while "The Platform" sees Stelle add some melodic flourishes to the droning sound scapes. "Notte Bianche" also favours a widescreen approach, but here the melodies are punctuated by stop-start broken beats. There are no concessions to melodies on the title track, with a jarring rhythm stopping, starting and then veering back into its dirge march. Niccolo Bianchi provides a remix that adds a layer of grimy acid to the title track, while Bnjm provides the only real dance floor appeal with a detuned, bleepy house groove.
