Review: Taking things back to the roots of bass music, Vibration Lab and Linval Thompson bring us the Tribulation Time EP - a beautiful lesson in dub music. The original track is all dubbed out vocal, swinging beats and chiming SFX, with a thudding b-line booming below. RSD ups the tempo to a jovial pace; Radikal Guru adds an enticing swing, whilst Riddim Tuffa brings out the instruments in the original and adds a reggae influence, and Adam Prescott draws out a more modern dubstep strand to the surface.
