Review: The first in a series of releases, French UK funky firebrand Wearing Glasses is about to tell us what he has in his wardrobe. Starting from the head and working down to socks, this EP is all about his beloved baseball caps. It's not a bad homage to his hat, either - a tight fitting groove and hair-raising synth hook and a trippy ragga toast, this cap most certainly fits. And if it doesn't fit you, why not try one of the remixes on for size. Krueger's version is a very tasteful venture into icy, rhythmic pastures while Tommy Jacob takes us deeper into the darker dance with a half tempo D&B/dubstep flavour. Malja & Jerky's take is a sweet headnod to Todd Edwards style garage and The Quest finishes the set on a heartwarming abstract note. Looking forward to the follow up release about cravats...
