Review:
With such a lofty title, "Game Changer" really needs to live to up its mighty name. Coming from one the tech funk scene's most progressive, forward thinking artists however, that really isn't a worry: Elite Force puts real thought into every production he conjures, and this is no exception. Slick, funky but demonically dark, it rolls with precision and dastardly flare. Elsewhere we see him don his Zodiac Cartel guise for a more tech-based version complete with Beltram-level stabs and Meat Beat Manifesto style breakbeats. Change your game, now up it with this.

Review:
When it comes to album remix packages, Fort Knox always deliver. Allowing the Latino-glitter settle from the album release in a timely fashion, here the label commission a series of authentic, respectful reversions... And each one of them rocks. Omegaman dubs out "7th Street Groove" with depth and clarity, Basement Freaks splash out on a Lover's Rock style digi-dub swing for "Salsa De Gala" while the Fort Knox label bosses funkify "Maria Juana" so much there's a danger you may damage your speakers with dangerous funk juice.

Review:
Bringing forth fresh talent at a dizzying rate, Dusk & Blackdown's imprint steps up with another sterling four-tracker of forward-thinking bass music that keeps the vibe of dubstep alive just as it points to new avenues. Etch is fearsomely limber on "Scattah", wielding rudest jungle tropes on a half-step lurch with a wonderful injection of horror soundtrack tension that brings all the darkside incantations you could hope for. Walton has a touch more pep in his own collage that drops a snappy garage mentality with a breakbeat roll, while the bass rub cries out for a powerful stack of subs to test. Visionist taps into the exotic climes that the LHF collective explored so adeptly, clashing melodies against each other without hesitation, and Fresh Paul takes the creatively maligned purple sound and runs it into a far more inviting cocktail of emotionally ambiguous and devilishly produced fare.
