From the dark backrooms emerged two lone gunslingers... deciding to join forces, the powerhouse duo DPPLGNGRS was formed. This unholy alliance of CRAIG FURY and TOBIAS DOPPELGANGER have set forth to set fire to dancefloors, armed with colossal beats and butt-shaking bass.
With the ability to effortlessly straddle everything from minimal technoid bleepery to disco to house to bass heavy twisted party-starters, DPPLGNGRS have quickly gathered fans and momentum with their electric DJ sets and live shows. Having played all over the place with everyone from Jack Beats to Kavinsky to Green Velvet to Gary Numan, DPPLGNGRS have left audiences smouldering in their wake.
2012 looks set to be a huge year for Craig and Tobias - they've managed to gain the coveted Moneyshot (Single Of The Month) on the electro page of DJ Magazine twice in 2011 for their singles "Invaders" and "Burning". They've also had excellent reviews in Mixmag and DJ Magazine Espana. Their remixes for Losers & Brian Molko, Arveene & MiSK, You Love Her Cos Shes Dead, Hoodlums, IDC, Jordan & Santero, Baddies, Deportivo, and Jukebox Collective, have become keen fixtures in the sets of some of the world's finest DJs throughout 2011. And their debut album "Black Market Heart Surgery" is due to drop in Spring 2012, supported by DJ and live shows across the UK and Europe.
