His sets are solely for gettin’ ya dance on and nothing else.... a big melting pot of hand picked beats straight from the streets filtered down to your funky feet... He’s rapidly becoming a recognised purveyor of contagious jump up beats from feverish funk to soul party jams, hip hop joints and heavy spatterings of the new ghettofunk. Literally Born out of the rear end of the Summer of Love back in the day, KC's sets are both recognisable and highly infectious, widely influenced by Stateside B-boy culture to Prince's thrift shop funk, De La Soul's Daisy Age right through the fine art of cutting DIY edits in his garage on his trusty cassette splicer.
