Phrase sampler guitar effects pedal, fantastic tape echo effect and performance looper
Review:
The Akai Professional E2 Head Rush combines delay, tape echo, and a looping recorder in a single pedal. User-selectable delay options allow for maximum control of output signal. Real-time feedback and gain adjustment as well as echo rate enable sounds to be shaped with precision.
The E2 Head Rush also simulates a 4-head analog-tape machine with control of decay and spacing between virtual-tape heads to create complex multiple delays and repeats. The signal from each virtual head appears on an individual output for multiple returns when used with an external mixing console or multiple amps. Looping Recorder mode enables you to record and overdub layer after layer of sound in real-time, making the E2 Head Rush an unbelievable live performance tool. Depending upon which mode is selected, the left footswitch controls the on/off and play/stop functions while the right footswitch sets the tap delay time or recording and overdub options. The LED display indicates which effect in use and blinks in time showing the delay time selected. The E2 Head Rush empowers you to bring back sounds of yesterday, blend them with the ruggedness and flexibility of today's technology, and add new functionality. Every effect-pedal board needs one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jVITuwiw-g Alesis 3632 Dual Channel Compressor/Limiter/Gate
Review:
The Alesis 3632 Compressor is a follow-up to the 3630 Compressor; the most popular dynamics processor ever made.
The Alesis 3632 Compressor builds on the popular design and features of its predecessor. This easy-to-use unit provides two independent full-featured compressor/ limiters in one compact rack space with excellent sonic quality for any application from studio recording to live sound or broadcast. The 3632's compressor attack and release times can be automatically set dependent on the source material, or full manual control can be exercised. The unit can function as either two separate processors, or stereo linked to provide true stereo compression. An adjustable expander/gate and very low distortion Voltage Control Amplifiers (VCA) deliver smooth sound. A sidechain function allows the 3632 Compressor to be placed in an external effects loop, while a second, internal sidechain employs a switchable low-cut filter to help control pumping due to heavy low-frequency content. LED meters on each channel display gain reduction and input/output levels. Universal 2 mode A/B footswitch for guitar amp or instrument output selection
Review:
When you need to switch between amps or instruments during a live performance, let the Instrument/ Amp Selector AB100 be your personal light-speed stagehand.
This must-have stomp box features a primary input, a dedicated output and an additional output that can double as a second input. Just flip the Mode switch to determine whether you want to use two instruments through one amp or one instrument through two amps. With its two dedicated Level dials, you can precisely determine the amount of volume you want to send to each amp, or the level of the signals from your two instruments. A top-quality on/off switch ensures noise-free, instantaneous operation, and dual LED indicators show which inputs or output are activated. You can power the AB100 pedal with either a 9V battery or the Behringer PSU-SB DC power supply (not included). Stereo delay & echo effects pedal
Review:
The DD600 is the ultimate digital delay effects pedal for subtle to substantial echo delays. Compare it to delay boxes costing three times as much and you'll find yourself returning to this remarkable pedal every time. The pedal has dedicated Mode, Delay Time, Feedback and Level controls for awesome sound shaping, which results in 24-bit high-resolution stereo delay, echo and panning effects with delay times of up to 2000 milliseconds. Modes include 4 tempo settings, 4 delay settings (exclusive of delay time), E/D and Reverse. The featured Real Sound Modeling (RSM) processor emulates true acoustic environments, delivering ultra-realistic sound to your ears. Other features include an extra Pan Out output, a bright blue LED to indicate the power status and battery condition, as well as an electronic bypass footswitch which preserves signal integrity. The DD600 can be powered by either the Behringer PSU-SB DC power supply or a typical 9V battery.
Digital stereo reverb effects pedal
Review:
You wouldn't think of using anything less than best reverb you could get in the studio. So why skimp on the 'verb at your live gig? Now you can add studio-grade reverb to any amp with the mind-blowing Digital Reverb DR600.
This 24-bit, high-resolution collection packs six of the most desired reverb types (Spring, Plate, Hall, Room, Gate and Modulate) into the ultimate to-go package. With its dual output jacks, you will dazzle your audience with true stereo reverb. Just select the reverb type with the Mode control, and then dial in the Level, Tone and Time. It just doesn't get any easier than this. The blue LED tells you when the DR600 is activated, and the top-quality on/off switch maintains incredible signal integrity when in bypass mode. You can power the DR600 with a 9V battery or Behringer's PSU-SB DC power supply (not included). Feedback Destroyer & Parametric EQ with 40 FBQ filters & 96 kHz sampling rate
Review:
The FBQ2496 Feedback Destroyer Pro is the fastest feedback suppressor on the market (less than 0.2 seconds) and the only one to offer a 96 kHz sampling rate. This rack-mountable audio solution is the quick, easy way to protect yourself and your audience from feedback.
Using an ultra-fast feedback detection algorithm, the FBQ2496 automatically and intelligently locates up to 20 feedback frequencies per channel. The algorithm then sets extremely narrow notch filters (up to 1/60th of an octave) to eliminate feedback frequencies, leaving the remainder of your signal virtually untouched. And with the Set-and-Forget default setting, plus the Panic button, the Feedback Destroyer can be up and running in a matter of seconds. The Auto Mode continuously monitors the mix, resetting programmed filters automatically, while the Manual Mode allows individual programming of up to 40 fully-parametric filters with frequency, bandwidth and gain adjustment. Open MIDI architecture makes future firmware updates and flexible communication with digital equipment exceedingly simple. With the FBQ2496's various modes, you can master just about any live sound situation or use the unit as a creative sound-shaping tool. A single FBQ2496 can protect you from feedback in both your mono PA mains and a monitor mix. And the FBQ2496 is more than just handy, it's affordable! Ultimate filter modeling effects pedal
Review:
Your guitar is designed to deliver a tasty range of tones, from rich lows to warm mids to chiming highs. But when you start pulling certain frequencies out of the equation with the help of the FM600 Filter Machine, cool and unusual things start happening.
From funky wah-like sounds to off-the-wall, vocal-like squall, the FM600 can take your sound to some truly alien territory. This pedal is equipped with Behringer's Real Sound Modeling technology to make your guitar sound like it is in an acoustically perfect environment of its own design. It must be heard to be believed! Choose from a Band Pass, Low Pass or Twin Pass, then flip the POL switch to determine whether the filter applies to high or low frequencies. Fine-tune this funky sound with the dedicated Sensitivity, Range and Peak dials. The blue LED tells you when it's activated, and the tough On/ Off switch maintains excellent signal integrity in bypass mode. You can power the FM600 with a 9 V battery or a DC power supply (not included). Noise Reduction Effects Pedal
Review:
So you love the bite, twang and snap of single-coil pickups but can't stand the nasty hum that comes along for the ride: plug into the Behringer Noise Reducer NR300 and kiss unwanted noise goodbye for good!
The NR300 actually functions as two pedals in one. In Reduction mode, you can adjust the dedicated Threshold and Decay dials to keep all your tone and dynamics intact, but effectively eliminate hum from the picture. In Mute mode, the NR300 becomes a super-quiet on/off switch for your instrument. Operation couldn't be easier. The NR300 features two LEDs, one to indicate when it's activated, another to indicate when it's suppressing noise. You can power this pedal with either a 9 V battery or the PSU-SB DC power supply (not included). And the top-quality on/off switch maintains absolutely noise-free operation. Volume and tone boost foot pedal
Review:
No matter what kind of electric instrument you're playing, there are times when you need to push your sound to the next level. Nothing gets you there like the Preamp Booster PB100. Like a dose of sonic steroids, the PB100 can push a tube amp into a beautiful state of natural break-up, make piezo pickups sound punchy and powerful, or give you that extra bit of loudness or tone, to cut through during your solo.
With its dedicated Bass, Treble and Gain dials, the PB100 not only allows you play to louder, it also lets you add enhanced highs and lows to your sound. A super-bright LED tells you when it's activated, and the high-quality on/off switch maintains excellent signal integrity when operating in bypass mode. The PB100 can run on either a 9 V battery or the Behringer PSU-SB DC power supply (not included). 2 Mode Flanger Effects Pedal
Review:
From vintage analog flanging to jet-plane thick chorus, vibrato and short delay, the Ultra Flanger UF300 is the flanger pedal that does it all.
The UF300 offers two modes of operation: Mode I with its negative feedback, and Mode II for positive feedback. In Mode I, the signal is inverted before it is mixed with the original. Because Mode II doesn't invert the signal, the resulting sound is more out of tune with the original, making the UF300 ideal for vibrato-style effects. Tweak either mode with the dedicated Manual, Depth, Rate and Res(onance) controls. The blue LED tells you when it's activated, and the first-rate on/off switch maintains incredible signal integrity in bypass mode. You can power the UF300 flange-of-all-trades with a 9V battery or the PSU-SB DC Power Supply (not included). Distortion effect pedal which adapts and reacts to the dynamics of its input signal
Review:
Powered by Multi-Dimensional Processing technology (MDP), the DA2 Adaptive Distortion delivers ideal distortion tones wherever you play on the guitar neck.
Roland's innovative MDP technology analyzes audio signals in many dimensions and applies ideal effects to each. By giving different dynamic changes relative to the input signal in real time, MDP can create bold, all-new sounds with a previously unattainable range of expression. Unlike standard distortion pedals that process the entire guitar signal with one effect, the DA2's Multi-Dimensional Processing employs multiple distortion processors to seamlessly adapt the sound in real time and create the ideal tone for every register. As a result, the pedal delivers a rich, musical distortion that plays well all over the neck, from tight, edgy low-string tones to fat, smooth highs for lead playing. With the power of MDP, the DA2's distortion is dramatically responsive to your playing dynamics, and every note is heard with clarity and definition. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=bO8ZkGoljII Multi effect and amp modeling pedal with USB audio interface functionality

The Bad Monkey Tube Overdrive gives your amp a boost just when you need it. It has been compared to the TS-808 but with having the unique ability to smooth out the distortion by use of the low and high EQ controls.

With its stereo input and output, the DigiTech HardWire CR-7 is a chorus pedal offering you 7 chorus effects, ranging from Multivoice and Studio to Boutique, Vintage, and more. Precision control knobs include speed, depth, level, and type. True bypass and high-voltage operation are standard features on the DigiTech CR-7 pedal.
The DigiTech HardWire pedals series represents DigiTech's commitment to quality and attention to subtle details. In addition to technical enhancements like true bypass and high voltage operation, all HardWire pedals feature rugged, all-metal construction; a wide, stage-stable footprint; durable, custom-machined metal knobs for a sure grip; and precision potentiometers that guarantee knob positions will stay intact. The rugged, durable construction of DigiTech Extreme Performance Pedals is just the beginning. Inside each DigiTech HardWire pedal are technological features that serious players requireiall updated and improved to their utmost. True bypass preserves the purity of your original tone as signal passes through the pedal, and high voltage operation further protects your sound by eliminating clipping and other signal degradation caused by power drain. With the high-output pickups found on some electric guitars, it's not unusual to hear clipping when playing through an effects pedal. This occurs when the voltage range produced by a guitar's pickup is greater than the operating voltage of the effects pedalinormally limited to the voltage supplied by the effect's battery or power supply. HardWire pedals incorporate circuitry that increases the operating voltage headroom above that of the typical pedal. As such, HardWire pedals benefit a wider range of guitars and are also at home in an amplifier's effects loop. Metal distortion guitar effects pedal with 2 high-gain amp tone circuits

And instead of the standard stompbox tone controls, Digitech have incorporated their innovative spectral-contouring EQ, which delivers a far greater tone range than other distortion stompboxes. www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlf4NSIjdw8 An analog envelope filter pedal, runs in 3 x modes: Hi-Q, Up and Down

With the EBS DPhaser, you get a choice of 3 very distinct and different phaser effects. Explore classical 70's sounds up to hyper modern swarling phasing effects.
So what are these choices? There's Short, which is the classic phaser effects recognised from the 70's, Long, which emphasises the effects a bit more, and Wide which gives you extreme swarling flanger-like effects. Use the hi, lo and off modes to change the resonance of the effect and the 2 x controls change the width and rate. Furthermore, you can set a lot of parameters inside the box for fine tuning your sound. Built with highest quality components, the EBS DPhaser uses 24-bit digital processing circuitry for fantastic performance for the stage and the recording studio. Review:
The CP251 Control Processor can be used in connection with one or more Moogerfooger analog effects modules, the Minimoog Voyager, or other voltage-controlled gear, adding the same kind of power and versatility of the classic Moog modular synthesizers.
There are two kinds of signals in a modular analog synthesizer: audio and control. As audio signals go through a system of synthesizer modules, they get shaped into the sounds that you hear. Control signals, on the other hand, correspond to the variations in the sound that are imparted by the synthesizer modules, like invisible hands that turn the knobs of the modules. The CP251 provides a dual waveform LFO, Noise Generator, Sample-and-Hold circuit, as well as two attenuators, a lag processor, a CV mixer and a 4-way mult. This gives you ways to modify, mix, and distribute control voltages to produce the incredible variety of sounds and effects that analog synthesizers are famous for. Limited edition, updated reissue of the classic Bob Moog design

Originally designed by Bob Moog and released in 2000, the Classic MF-104 Analog Delay was manufactured as a limited edition release of 1000 units. A special Bucket Brigade delay chip was employed allowing the effect to remain completely analog. Unfortunately, the supply of these chips was limited and the final MF-104 sold in 2001. Since then there have been two reissues of the Classic MF-104, the MF-104Z and the MF-104SD. In that time, each has been added to a short list of the most sought after analog delays in history.

Unique pedal featuring 8 resonant filters with extensive onboard, expression pedal, or MIDI control capabilities
Review:
Murf stands for "Multiple Resonance Filter Array". What this means is the Murf has 8 filters, with each ones level controlled by a slider. It looks like a graphic eq, but the sound of the filters are very different: warm and resonant.
What is really unique is the ability to animate the levels of the 8 filters in up to 24 preset patterns. The rate of the patterns can be set by a knob, expression pedal, or a footswitch via the tap tempo input, to match the rate to the tempo of your song. Rhythmic variations can be created by adjusting the levels of the filters. The Envelope control sets the shape of the modulation, which can be set for percolating techno rhythmic modulation or shimmering timbral morphing. Other controls include Input Drive, Output Level and Wet/Dry Mix. Murf shares the musician-oriented features that are common to all Moogerfoogers. All the audio processing is 100% genuine analog, for warm, fat sound quality. Any line level or instrument level audio signal may be processed. Wide-ranging player parameters may be controlled from the panel knobs as well as from expression pedals or CV-compatible analog synthesis instruments. Components are rugged and long lasting, to withstand the rigors of stage and studio. The Murf is housed in the classic Moogerfooger double-wedge enclosure that may be used on a table or on the floor. For all players, the Murf will open up new sonic worlds for you! Unique pedal featuring 8 resonant filters with extensive onboard, expression pedal, or MIDI control capabilities

Review:
The Moog Moogerfooger MF-107 FreqBox is quite different from other effects, in that the effected sound is not a processed version of your input, but rather the sound of your input signal modulating the FreqBox's internal oscillator. The FreqBox sports a VCO with a continuously variable waveshape, as well as the ability to modulate the oscillator hard synced by the input signal, frequency modulated by the input signal, modulated by an envelope follower that tracks the dynamics of the input signal, or even with the VCO amplitude also tracking the dynamics of the input signal. With so many options, you can begin to see how versatile the MF-107 FreqBox is!
The FreqBox does Hard Sync, a classic analog synthesis technique whereby the start of an oscillator's cycle gets reset by another. The oscillator being synced takes on the frequency characteristics of the effecting oscillator, and when its frequency is swept, it emphasizes the harmonics of the fundamental frequency. In the FreqBox, the input signal is used to reset the FreqBox's VCO. FM (Frequency Modulation - commonly associated with early digital synthesizers) is a technique that gives you rich sounds from simple waveforms. The FreqBox uses linear FM, generating sounds ranging from bell- or gong-like tones to sizzling sweeps. Unique oscillator pedal with modulation controlled by its input signal

Desktop spring reverb
Review:
Today's digital effects and plug-ins can create almost perfect room simulations. However, when it comes to characteristic and charismatic reverb, analogue effect-processors are yet to beat. The reverberating sound of a spring is so lively and unique that its sound is almost impossible to recreate in the digital domain. In addition to this, Retroverb Lancet is not just a spring reverberation system - it is an analogue multi-effects-processor. It offers overdrive, filtering, VCA, envelope and LFO to manipulate the spring sound and create different sounds like auto-wah, tremolo, distortion, delay, gater and of course reverb.
The typical spring reverb sound is generated by a Belton/Accutronics type 4 spring tank with 3 individual springs. It can be placed pre or post the VCF/VCA section and equalized by the Tone parameter. The Crash function generates the popular thunder effect that occurs when kicking an amplifier with spring tank. You don't have to kick Retroverb Lancet you simply can achieve this effect by pressing the Crash button. It also can be triggered by a Gate voltage. The multimode filter works as lowpass or highpass with a slope of 24 dB per octave or as bandpass with 12 dB per octave. It is followed by a voltage controlled amplifier. The filter and amplifier can be modulated individually by different sources. The Retroverb Lancet offers 3 internal modulation sources: Envelope follower: the envelope follower converts the amplitude characteristic of the audio input signal into a control voltage. Envelope generator: the envelope generator can be triggered by the input signal itself, a second audio signal or a gate voltage. Depending on the trigger source it works as Attack-Decay or as Attack-Sustain-Release envelope. LFO: the LFO offers saw up and saw down, square, sine as well as sample&hold. Additionally it can use the envelope generators settings as waveform. It can oscillate freely or reset by different trigger sources. The Retroverb Lancet also offers a CV/Pedal input which can be feed by external control voltages or can be used with expression pedals. www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aL7LrtsWsE 1U spring reverb unit using a spring tank from Accutronics, good for any kind of audio signal

The VSR-3 is a spring reverb device with focus on simplicity and excellent sound.
More than 70 years ago spring reverbs were used for bringing the large reverberated cathedral sounds to the homes of Hammond organ players. Meanwhile the sound became classic and you will find spring reverb devices in most studios around the world and even today it is kinda standard in guitar amplifiers. The imperfectness is what makes the VSR-3 perfect for any kind of audio signal: organs, synthesizers, acoustic and electric guitars, vocals, (electronic) drums, whatever you like, it always adds that clashing and resonant but always musically and warm reverb sound. Like the ReTubeVerb, the VSR-3 uses a spring tank made by specialist Accutronics. The reverb signal can be refined by a well-adjusted tone controller and seamlessly added to the unaffected original signal. Simple but effective. Thanks to the well-shielded, internal switching power supply the VSR-3 works smoothly on any place in the world. In its 1U rack-housing it not even takes much physical space but will create much acoustic space. Multi-delay & looper pedal

Roaring into the music scene in 1967 to thunderous applause and saliva a-plenty, the original Vox V846 Wah Wah Pedal was quickly picked up by rock aficionados, for its amazing Vox sound, which was used with the instruments of legends. One of the Vox V846 Wah Wah Pedal's credits is its use by Jimi Hendrix on the track Voodoo Chile at Woodstock 1969!
Now after an absence of over forty years the pedal is back, in hand-wired form, to become the Vox V846-HW hand-wired Wah Wah pedal. More than just a mere recreation of a legend past and not wanting to rest on the laurels of past success, Vox have built upon this original concept. By giving the most efficient signal path the Vox V846-HW's hand-wired turret board construction ensures the most accurate response possible. Carefully selected premium components have also been used to get the very best fidelity and tone possible. With specially selected magnetic core material and windings, this is as close as you can get to the original this side of the '60s! The potentiometer has also has also been given a facelift to offer unparalleled control and super-sensitive response.
