Review: Integration Now provide a six track excursion on Soul Deep Recordings which is full of rough, rattling breaks, breathy atmospherics and cooing vocal elements. Kicking off with "Can You Feel" it's all booming bass and rolling breaks, before "Deep Soul" adds some reverberating synths and soulful vox. "West Says" gets a bit darker with classic jungle sounds echoing away, and "The Baby Love" pulls us up with a sharp intake of breath before penultimate cut "Sublimation" adds some old skool rave stabs. "Eleven" brings things to a finish with a menacing murmur.

Review: Callide and Intraspekt team up for a couple of rowdy bangers on Xex Aduio. The release's title track, "Path You Choose", would make a wholly appropriate soundtrack to the end of the world or at the very least some kind of cataclysmic event, with epic build ups, machine gun drums, screeching synths and suitably fear-inducing vocals. "Dark Exile" is by comparison a more stripped down affair, employing a half step tempo with rugged drums and a b-line twisted and contorted to hypnotic effect. It's our pick of the two - just.

Review: Unashamed purveyors of the darker, dirtier side of D&B, Cause 4 Concern have been tearing up dancefloors across the world with their unique brand of tech-step / skull-step fury, and now they're back, remixed by Mindscape and DNAudio's Silent Witness. Mindscape's remix of "Dropout" is a gnarly piece of industrial tear out with thunderous drums, gruelling b-line and a punishing Noisia-esque soundscape. Silent Witness's super sleuth version of "Luca" is full of razor sharp beats, driving bass and pummelling subs. Absolutely dangerous.

Review: A four-track EP from a couple of fledgling artists and split between Rahmanee and Filip Motovunski, this release on Jungle Xpeditions is quite unlike anything out there right now. Unique from start to finish, "Sort Dem Out" is a frantic piece full of trance-like bubbling synths, fast paced drums, a slightly out of place reggae vocal and bleepy melodies. "Sound Of The Police" is another sped up piece of turbo-D&B, whilst "The Montauk Project" is a dubstep-inspired cut full of whomping bass, and then "Obidaya" draws things to a close with more high-octane synthwork and pounding drums.
