Review:
Doctor P and Flux Pavilion hand over the selection duties to familiar label faces Funtcase and Cookie Monsta for the second Circus set. A 25-strong banger compendium balanced between classics and exclusives, it oozes the perfect blend of bare-faced bass attitude and tongue-in-cheek humour. From Roksonix string-soaked jig jamboree "Music In Me" to Brown & Gammon's emotional audio rainbow "Dark Matter", the Circus sound is represented at its boldest, most characterful and, above all, fun. Not a dull moment in sight - check this and remember why we all got into dubstep in the first place.

Review:
Mindstep's movements are making deep tremors right now. Their innate understanding of deep dub, its roots and its foundations have just scored them a coalition with Leeds dub heroes SubDub (run by soundsystem killers Iration Steppas no less). Their second annual label album celebrates the this success with a far-reaching brew of spatially stretched, abyss flavoured audio. From the woozy synth wails of Djinn's "Something You Know" to the delicate piano strokes on Tallan's "Tahi" to the more club-focussed bassline drawl of Six & Syte's "Wretch", this represents the label's intricacies and depth with style and promise.

Review:
Having headed up the My Style mix and compilation before, Dub Police label boss hands the reigns over to D1, who provides us with a run down of what's hot in dubstep in 2011. Picking out some runaway classics of the year - cuts such as Redlight's enormous "Source 16" with its thunderous, elastic band bassline and booty shaking appeal, Caspa's ode to the underground "Fulham 2 Waterloo" and the bleepy, synth soaring "Turn Me On" from Subscape, which draws the album to a close - alongside some of his own material, it's an on point selection. Listen to the continuous DJ mix for an all round experience.
