Review: LKID, the rising Leeds based producer, continues his prolific output with the Circles EP on Austrian imprint Dreieck making for his fourth release in just under a year. A certain progression in style is also evident here, with both tracks demonstrating a more considered approach in production to the high octane garage swing of "High Life" the last emission form LKID. Both the title track and "Summer Haze" are still rhythmically grounded in that tell tale click clack UK Funky groove, but LKID swamps the former in a delightfully warm melodic coat, while the latter adopts a tougher poise and utilises a vocal sample adroitly.
