Review: It's hard to accurately pigeonhole this second volume of Eighth Dimension's Blue Label Series. Sounding like a cross between Daft Punk making proper disco and funtime nu-disco on amphetamines, "I Need My Disco Fix" packs a lot into a short space of time - meaning it should titillate more than a few dancefloors before the summer's out. The remix package is pretty tidy, too. Look out for a pair of fine rubs from ponytail-sporting Floridian badman Sleazy McQueen - including a brilliantly out-there dub - a slick deep house re-boot from Rob Slac, and a lazy, leftfield disco re-cut from Roctiv.
