So far, Paskal and Urban Absolutes have dropped some quality deep house: this EP for Germany's Farside imprint is just as quietly impressive as their previous output. Their forte is bright, soundscape deep house with a pleasingly musical cutting edge. The bubbling "Soplica" is arguably the best example of this, all bubbling Detroit synths, sensual shuffle and twinkling pianos. Lead cut "Limits", featuring Ania Ouu on vocals still offers a solid mix of neat old skool touches (check the New Jersey organs) and heady synth motifs. Manuel Tur remixes, offering two tougher, chunkier versions tailor made for late night dancefloors.
