Review:
Three remixes of DV's "It's Over Now" feature on the latest release from Gridlock'd. DJ Lapell kicks things off with a upbeat funky house reworking, providing the perfect backdrop for the original's soulful guitar and smooth vocals. Delinquent's remix takes things down a bassline garage route, blending deep low end with sharp 2-step rhythms. Perhaps the best however, is Bunnky Boy's dancehall inspired rework, combining percussive snares and a bumping bassline that changes the character of the original into something quite special indeed.

Review:
Jon Buccieri delivers another of his deadly productions, fusing UK funky vibes with the power of the best electro house productions. "Show Me" sees a UK garage inspired guitar sample, UK funky strings and deep and dirty bassline combine with the sweet-as-syrup vocals of Kaycee to make something quite unique. Remixes are offered by Naughty Raver and Hovey, with the former bringing out the funky flex with its steel percussion and vocal focus, and the latter bringing out the sweeping strings and combining a deadly bass drop with classic house vibes.

Review:
Juicy Joints' 2009 classic "Too Late" gets a welcome digital release, with the wobbly bassline action of the original still sounding great today. Fans of UK Funky are well represented with Konga Kings' remix, which softens the bass, but keeps things flexing with rolling snares, whilst NB Funky's version adds a dramatic touch with its strings and horns. Big Ang's remix meanwhile takes things in more of a house direction, with and 80s pads and piano combining with big room production values, but perhaps the best of the bunch is DJ Lapell's remix, which keeps things moving at a fast pace, with razor sharp house piano and euphoric melodies combining to create a sophisticated garage roller.
