Review:
A good collaboration is all about conjuring up an equal mix of influences and styles from both parties involved, and for the latest High Contrast release it's double trouble as UK stars Ali Wilson and Lee Osborne get back in the studio to reignite the magic from the Tekelec days. 'Armagedon' is a perfect such match of creative minds, as Lee's big-room tech trance riffs soar against Wilson's trademark infectious tribal grooves and underlying techno vibes. To put it simply, this is huge and will no doubt destroy the dance-floor.. We just hope there is plenty more to come from the occasional double act!

Review:
UK producer/DJ Ali Wilson is as consistent as they come, from the early days with his own Tekelec label ('Evissa Twilight', 'Flapjack', 'Zulu') to more recent associations with Dutch empire High Contrast, which this latest compilation comes through. Fans of his infectious tribal tech trance and funky tech house are in for a real treat, featuring the likes of: Marco V & Damian William, Jochen Miller, W&W, Ben Nicky, Marcel Woods and of course plenty from Ali himself.. Over 30 massive tracks for just L8.99!!

Review:
Dancefloor destroying Dutch sounds from the powerhouse of tech trance High Contrast, and the always on point homebred talent Ciff Coenraad. If 'Body Slam' and 'Massive' where big tunes in your wallet, then this little beast is sure to smash it next level once again. The original is trademark Coenraad fodder, razor sharp beats meet a filthy bass-line and speaker ripping synth lines. While on the 'Bootyshakin' remix, as the name suggest he goes all funky with a constantly twisted lead, and an asolute demon of a drop. This badboy needs to be played LOUD!

Review:
Over the past couple of years 25 year old German producer Dennis Sheperd has cemented himself as a firm fixture in the High Contrast camp. 'A Tribute To Life' is a coming age, and the start of the next stage of his promising career. Across the 16 tracks there are more than a handful of killers, with his consistent flawless blend of progressive and uplifting and a solid showing from some great vocalists. Highlights for us are 'Silence' with Molly Bancroft, 'Freefalling' alongside Cold Blue, and his collaboration with TyDi and Marcie 'Somehow'. An impressive debut set not to be overlooked

Review:
Now in the game for well over a decade Germany's DJ Shog has achieved the tough task of staying relevant, having journeyed through classic's like 'This Is My Sound' (a UK top 40 record), and 'Another World', all the way through to more recent and credible productions like this on High Contrast. 'ComeBack' is as epic and solid as his sound always has been, soaring melodies and a warm bubbling bottom end giving it so much depth. The winning remix here comes from Dennis Sheperd, although there's no real reason to look past the Original.
