Review:
Coming off the back of his recent "Stop, Look & Listen", scratch 'n' paste king DJ Yoda has teamed up with some producers on this party pack of tunes on A Skillz' Jam City label. Herve mucks in for a B-more inspired update of Jean-Jacques Perry's "EVA", with some inspired chopping and dropping making for a riotous battle weapon, while the Perculator and Apache beat come together perfectly on the Nick Thayer hook-up, "Pop Music".

Review:
Prepare yourselves for something a little different from The CBS as they present "Mike 4 President" on the Jam City imprint. Breakbeat is brought firmly up to date here, as enticing melodies, cheeky lyrics and sweeping atmospherics are brought together. This is a definite party starter - take note. Remixes come from Psychemagik, who spices it up a treat with pattering beats and jiving melodies; and also Erb n Dub who provides a good dose of dubbed out musical magic.

Review:
We've been waiting a LONG time for this one! Miguel Mantovani, Archerio Mantovani and Kengo San have been teasing and pleasing with their tongue-in-cheek funk on wax and on stage for years... We always knew when an album drops it would be big. And just look at the line-up - Kurtis Blow, Abdominal, Mica Paris, Tenor Fly, Omar, KT Tunstall are all collaborating across this 15 track funk explosion. With licks from James Brown endorsed CBs band and the perfect balance of tight riddims and humour, "Yo Bonita" rocks in every sense. Essential.
