Review: There are few quite as devoted to digging for genuine obscurities than the Light Sounds Dark label. Having previously tickled our fancy with the brilliant After The Void and Ban The Bomb collections, they turn their attention to the murky world of post-punk industrial funk with the expansive Danger, Electrified Tracks. With many of the tracks coming from long-lost cassettes or suitably dusty, impossible-to-find vinyl releases, there's plenty for diggers to enjoy. Check the intoxicating drone of The Killerwax's "Kill Watch", the robotic EBM strut of Onyx or the surf madness of Andy Giorbino's "Motor, I'm Kopf"; they are merely just three of the numerous treats on offer.
