Review:
A fine start for the fledgling Man Make Music imprint, with George FitzGerald TCB on the label's first ever release. The young producer's style is a pleasing one, taking a linear and progressive approach to building his tracks with only subtle yet vital deviations such as gentle build ups and quietly euphoric break downs. "Fernweh" lulls to life in a comfortably opiated state of joy, the beats kick along steadily, somewhere in the middle ground between 4/4 and a step, while "Hearts" is characterised by a similar melodic shuffle with cooing chords and soulful vocal snippets. Highly recommended.

Review:
Jack Dixon hooks up with Rick Grant for the Running Man EP - the latest release on George FitzGerald's London based label, Man Make Music. The title track "Running Man" is all delicate, deftly placed beats, chiming melodies with a wispy, watercolour vocal element adding depth and atmosphere to the piece. "Muted", up next, pairs a reverberating vocal with hissing, shuffling beats and an eerie sense of emptiness. Kevin McPhee's remix of "Running Man" rounds things off with blissful piano keys, sombre atmospheric washes and a pervasive sense of beauty in the gloom.

Review:
Fresh from his massive debut EP for Well Rounded, Leon Vynehall returns on George Fitzgerald's Man Make Music imprint with another two tracks of bass infused deep house. With a raw, yet syncopated rhythmic approach, the title track is given a healthy dose of soul with its delicate piano flourish. "Don't Know Why" meanwhile adopts a more standard deep house template, but is no less enthralling thanks to its thick vintage bass and classic chords. Brownswood artist Gang Colours provides a suitably intricate rework of "Gold Language" which utilises brittle rhythms and vapour-like melodies to stunning effect.
