Paul Oakenfold's Perfecto label has really upped the game of late, not just on the main imprint but also the fresher off-shoots such as the more uplifting and full-on Flouro. This debut from UK talent Brian Cameron, is nothing other than pure fire. Soaring synth lines, powerful melodies and thumping beats with shattering acid lines piercing through the soundscaping and lifting the evenrgy even more. This is good ol' fashion uplifitng trance with the clubland vocal from Vinylgroove slapped int he break, and a mad remix from Eshericks that cuts together everything from psy trance to breaks to dubstep.. Check out the power!!

We have been seriously digging last few releases from our Dutch friends at Flamingo, and they impress yet again on this latest EP from an exciting new talent in Scintilla. Blurring the line between tech house and progressive, 'One Step' is a rocking 7 minutes of percussive intricacy that will get any floor warmed up and shaking whatever time of night. On the flip 'Charging' goes down a deeper route with lots of quirky twists and a relentless energy you wont be able to stand still to. A pair of wicked jacking tracks to get the party started.

Review:
Over the past couple of years Gary Maguire has steadily risen the ranks and raised above the parapet, joining the elite force of fellow Irish producers such as John O'Callaghan and Paul Webster. Here he picks things up yet another level with a great new track for non other than Paul Oakenfolds Perfecto labels Flouro offshoot (which we have been loving recently). This is high octane, peak time trance brining together just the right levels of euphoria and power. If you liked his remix of 'Bullet In A Gun', you will be all over this... Check it!!

Review:
Its great to see Paul Oakenfold's iconic Perfecto label back to its very best, with a constant slew of great music on both the main imprint and Fluoro. As his 'Four Seasons' album tour / compilation continues, its time for the Spring sampler, and we think this is the best yet. Magnus (JOOF Recordings) drops a pacey and uplifting psy trance inspired bomb 'The Chase', that has no let up of energy across the full 8 minutes of acidic twists and turns. On the B-side is one of the most exciting producers of recent years, Slovenias Reaky who locks horns with new talent Skaivox for a 'Collective Insanity', a trippy, techno laced affair once again carrying some forward thinking psy elements... The sound of the future?

Review:
Over the past couple of years Paul Oakenfold and the team at his legendary Perfecto label have got the imprint back to its very best. Once again a front-runner in the trance game, and releases like this are why. Coming out on the Fluoro off-shoot is this massive remix from Simon Patterson on the Neelix tune 'Leave Me Alone'. The main man has been playing it out the past few months and causing a stir, with his trademark dance-floor owning melodies, pacey rhythms, and all round amazing soundscapes giving a whole new flavor and lease of life to an already solid tune. This is trance at its very best that would flow effortlessly alongside the biggest anthems from Oakies Goa mix back in the day. Essential tune!

Oakies Perfecto label and more specifically the Fluoro offshoot (which he recently resurrected) has become one of our favourite labels over the past 12 months. Bringing that unique blend of uplifting and psy on the vibe that made his legendary Goa mix such a game changer. Argentinian duo XGENIC do the business on the latest with ferocious beats, synth lines piercing through and an ever twisting and evolving electric lead which develops into a more musical break. For some psy flavor and power check out the Blazer remix which seriously packs a punch and represents what this label is about.. Massive stuff!

Review:
The past 12 months have been a real turning point for the Perfecto labels, and its great to see them once again at the top of their game and not just signing but developing some great young talent. This lands via the (purist) Fluoro offshoot and from a label regular in Yahel, who is joined by Liya on vocals for the wonderfully nostalgic 'Creatures'. It sounds and feels like something lifted from Oakenfolds infamous Goa mixes, which makes it no surprises the main man is on hand to take charge of the remixes, delivering arguably one of his best productions of the year!
