Review: Producers and Manmade label bosses CMC and Silenta drop a new feast of electro breaks on Feature Breaks Vol 2, led by the funky force of "Is It True". The digital funk flows nicely thanks to the heavyweight bass and pounding breaks, drawn out nicely by The Funk Hunters on their remix. Another newie, "Get It On Now" also gets a nice range of remixes on this release - with MC Fava's vocals layered over nu-funk breaks by Basement Freaks and given a tech-skank on Tom Drummonds dubbed-out mix.

Review: German nubreak funkateers Illeist Collective drop "Everytime", the first single from their all conquering Electrees album and have enlisted some superfly remixes. The original struts between jagged punk funk and dirty bassy electro, and breaks veteran D*Funk adds a nice slant on proceedings by editing the low slung bass line and slipping in the Big Beat break. German breakbeat duo CMC & Silenta enlist NYC rapper NineLive The Cat to add some vocals to their electro house remix which gives "Everytime" a new lease on life. NineLive The Cat's rapping talents are retained on the Funkanomics remix which is all big bass stabs, straight drums and party starting horns.
