So Much Future At Juno Download

Review: Charlux soothe our souls with some sumptuous atmospheric beats here in a couple of compelling cuts on So Much Future. Getting things started is the gorgeous "East Dock" with its hushed melodies, sweeping instrumental flourishes and softly spoken vocal oohs and aahs, this is super laid back loveliness with a dynamic twist; a building synth adds a euphoric edge as the track builds but this is offset by billowing instrumentals and tripping beats. The title track "The Rest Of Us" is similarly stripped back, with whirring bass and gently chiming melodies, punctuated by delicate beats and quirky SFX in the background.
