Review: New to the Subtribe label, Russian producer Marqus has made the switch from D&B to breaks on this new double-tracker, "Strobo". Full of floor-rocking energy and power, Marqus keeps the drums high in the mix and balances them out with some thick-as-molasses bass and laser-guided melodies. Slightly slower, but just as nifty, "Coretekk" switches up styles half-way through, bursting in with electro drums and a venomous 303 riser that absolutely raises the roof. Two highly recommended breaks winners.
