Review: Bird Peterson indulges in some sheer demented electro-house lunacy on his original version of "The Bad Atom", which takes in Dutch-house's minimal bleepage with a dubstep-aware set of metallic pads that rise until a beautiful shower of Moog-ish synth notes. Run-DMT don't skimp on the hardcore either, using a more breakbeat flavoured drum set and warping the sampled vocals into all manner of weird shapes. With Smalltown Romeo's mix giving off strong ghetto-house vibes, these are three tunes perfect for that 3am feeling.

Review: Going off on a mission, JFK from Toronto electro scenesters MSTRKRFT joins forces with St Mandrew for these two HUGE tracks of speaker-destroying electro. Over a funky, soca-styled beat, "Beehive" builds into an enormous crescendo before finally dropping back into a full throttle rave up. B-side "Towel Swinger" is just as fat, with more crescendos and an unrelenting bassline that's quite frankly bowel shaking. Expect to hear this played out very soon.
