His Whatever Works EP kicks off firmly with the eponymous track and it's full of punishing sub bass pressure, hissing percussion and prowling SFX. "Dolmens" sees a change in pace and style as Mateba adopts a 4/4 beat in the intro and takes us on a journey with pulsating bass and slowly unravels this in the main part of the tune. Concluding cut "Raindrops (feat. Habstrakt)" rounds things off stylishly with a punishing b-line and deftly placed beats.
