Review:
With a discography that stretches from Rottun to Disney, US bass merchant AU5 peddles an exciting range of melodic low-end mischief. Coated in huge washes of euphoria, "Crystal Mathematics" is instant 'lighters up' material with all manner of cosmic, dreamy trills and flourishes. "The Reason II" combines deeper, spine-chilling pads and an eerier atmosphere over one of the ugliest basslines Viper have ever released. AU5's message is crystal clear right now.

Review:
Futurebound's Viper continue their adventures into the wider world of bass by signing the exciting new act Koven. Having broken through on UKF's mighty streaming machine, this is the band's first full release. Opening with a cascade of lush guitars and soul-prodding vocals, we're then pushed headfirst into a rocket-fuelled bass drop. Need a massive D&B reboot? Then jump up and down on DC Breaks' remix.

Review:
Aussie bass herbert Shockone has always been pretty forthright with his angular, spiky sonic science but here we find him delving a little deeper with this 14 track concept album. Still maintaining the savage tonk we know and love him for (the tried and tested mosh anthem "Chaos Theory" and the arm-raising "Age Of Enlightement") but there's some really interesting departures found lurking in the space investigating mix such as psychedelic Justice-style electro drama ("Big Bounce") full strength MC-led Pendulumism ("Lazerbeam") and trembling, glo-stick munch anthemia ("Universus"). Bangers and brain-ticklers; this is a really interesting debut album.
