Review: Philadelphia-based DJ Apt One has been throwing genre-blending parties for ten years and has been credited in helping kick-start the moombathon sound. That's certainly evident here as the title track features a thumping moomba rhythm track with a quirky sax lilting in and out of the mix too. Part 2 of "Fich So Saxy" adds live bass playing to the original. Lil' Dave's remix adds percussion and chopped up sax, Vjuan Allure go a bit edgier with their sparse and choppy baile funk-style mix. Apt One returns with "Red Meat", the first part of which is a live reggae-funk jam with the second version being a cool Italo-disco number.
