Review: This second release from new German label Your Mama's Friend offers a good balance between interesting, experimental deep house and floor-friendly remixes. The two originals blend Viadrina's (cut-up) vocals with loose, skewed, melody-driven deep house grooves. They sound a bit like a female take on the Visionquest sound, which is no bad thing. Remix wise, Coat Of Arms offer up a slick take on "Luna", while Jozif opts for a loose, warm and comfy vibe on his pleasant remake of "Shining". The latter strikes just the right balance between dancefloor-focused snappiness and piano-laden sunniness.
