Absolutely love this album.
He says kids today are having as much fun, and i'm sure they are, but the current DJs (knob-twiddlers) and the latest 'tunes' are rubbish compared to how things used to be. DJs used to be musical educators, and therefore were record collectors. DJ history is lost on the shiny headphones wearing plonkers of today.
I mean, i really don't see the point of listening to a continuous line of music that is one indistinguishable track followed by another, or just the same old chart 'anthems'. He hit the nail on the head about the retro rubbish that's soooo trendy right now - it cheap (computer software), it's tacky, destroy it!
