Legendary house label Trax has announced it will be releasing the new single from highly touted Canadians Azari & III.
As Juno Plus exclusively revealed back in December, the Chicago imprint had earmarked the duo to kick start their return to the music biz after a four year absence.
Azari & III, who featured in our recent “Ones to Watch in 2010” spread, will release “Indigo” on March 30. Their style is dripping with the vintage Chicago house sound, albeit with a contemporary twist. Their first two singles, “Hungry For The Power” and “Reckless With Your Love”, adorned many a ‘best of 2009′ chart.
Trax was an important outlet for house music in its early days, releasing many classics including Jamie Principle & Frankie Knuckles’s “Your Love.”, “No Way Back” by Adonis, Larry Heard’s “Can You Feel It,” and “Move Your Body” by Marshall Jefferson.
