Free music, super limited 12″s and CDs, more exclusive downloads than you can poke a stick at – business as usual at Juno this week then.
At Juno Records, disco beards were foaming at the mouth over the brand new Revenge CD, while the smooth criminals were feeling the super cool Andres LP (and CD) and deep house merchants were no doubt delighted with the long awaited repress of Motor City Drum Ensemble’s superb Raw Cuts 1 & 2.
For those who like their music to smell like mp3s, there was plenty happening at Juno Download this week. We had an exclusive release from Panorama Bar resident Steffi, plus the DVA two tracker on Hyperdub, Soma’s 2010 Compilation, the Session Victim EP and some fresh cuts from A Made Up Sound aka 2562.
Best of all, the JD crew were also giving away free music like it was going out of fashion. Can’t really complain about that.
