Video: Moodymann’s MPC ‘bitches’

Detroit legend Moodymann – aka Kenny Dixon Jr – gave an incredibly rare lecture to Red Bull Music Academy particpants in London this week.

Flanked by a five lady entourage and a bottle of Hennessy, Dixon Jr tells the watching crowd about how he has his analogue gear under his thumb. “Them are my bitches and them are my ho’s,” he says of his drum machines and samplers.
