Shackleton, Blondes, Jimmy Edgar and Jeff Mills are among the artists set to perform at this year’s MUTEK festival in Montreal.
This year’s event will take place May 30-June 3, Resident Advisor reported this morning. With both Sonar and Bloc unveiling ponderous headliners this year, MUTEK now has a strong claim to be the most adventurous and unflinching electronic music festival along with Unsound.
Nicolas Jaar, Kode9, Roly Porter and hometown hero Lunice have also been announced, along with Mathew Jonson and Minilogue, who will debut their new debut collaborative live show. Rush Hour affiliate BNJMN has also been booked, as has recent Hemlock signing Nautiluss.
Tickets will go on sale later today and will be available from the official MUTEK website.
