Clone return to the cosmic tailwind of DJ Kaos’s debut on their Loft Supreme Series with a forthcoming remix 12″ that features Quiet Village and Elitechnique – stream the results here.
Released back in 2009, “Kosmicher Ruckenwind” was already quite the epic slab of cosmiche influenced psychedelic disco from the Jolly Jams boss, stretching past the 11 minute mark. This is overshadowed by the remix from Quiet Village, Joel Martin and Matt Edwards’ first together in some time, which clocks in at 24 minutes (probably just about fitting on one side of a 12″) and teases out all new meditative levels from DJ Kaos’s production. The accompanying remix from Loft Supreme regulars Elitechnique stands in marked contrast, with the Rotterdam duo weaving an altogether more seductive disco arrangement.
