Revered DJ, producer, label impresario and Holloway icon Erol Alkan has announced he will be returning to Vauxhall venue Fire this Easter to treat his many fans to a Mancuso style all encompassing eight hour set.
It was announced today that BBC 6Music have welcomed Erol Alkan back to the station, with the hugely popular DJ, producer and record label impresario to return on Sunday November 28.
Soulwax’s trusted support act Paul Chambers will be the next artist to release on Erol Alkan’s Phantasy label, with the Yeah Techno! EP due to hit the shelves on June 13.
Let’s face it, Erol Alkan needs no introduction: the DJ/label chief/producer/all round top guy has steadily built a devoted legion of fans the world over - from skinny jeaned teenagers to wizened music heads – since first launching the Trash night in London more than a decade ago.
