Review:
The bass fanatics at the Mutate label usher in their first jams of the new year with twelve of the best from their roster of electronica-cum-wobbly tech-breaks and dubstep producers. Among our favourites so far are AC Revery's ambient-leaning "Sweeping Sunset", the mean glacial half-step of Mike Lennon's "Bleepwalker" and the timeless dancehall-electro of Koian's severly bumping "Boomshot". There's plenty to get stuck into here though over these 12 juiced-up tracks - a must for fans of superior breaks and bass.
