Hot Toddy is Chris Todd, Nottingham-based guitarist and part of the production team behind Crazy P, and his first solo release in three years is a dark, moody piece of disco-noir. Ron Basejam's deep vocal takes the track to another level, while the typically brilliant dub mix by Morgan Geist sees a deep, rumbling baseline bounce off twangy key stabs.
