Out on Sinden's new label Grizzly, this EP from French new jack Brodinski sees him really coming into his own as a producer. "Arnold Classics" is a winning combination of minimal and party electro, with some deadly warped strings ushering in some dirty bass and rattling, haunting percussion. So-hot-right-now Egyptrixx goes even deeper on the remix, while Tony Senghore produces two stunning versions - the "Staggering and Daggering" mix standing out with some filthy soca-patterned pads. Philly's DJ Sega eschews his usual Baltimore club styles on his mix, instead subtly reworking the original into a highly funky tech-stomper. A variety of different approaches but all highly original.
