Review:
Brazilian pairing Lucio Morais and Yuri Chix first began working together in 2005, and have slowly built a strong rep beyond their hometown of Sao Paulo via remixes of Fatboy Slim and tours with French Horn Rebellion. This new EP on Kitsune showcases their unique production skills - with the epic electro-disco stutters of "New Connection" sitting nicely against filter and bass flurry of "New Disco". "Vice II" is the real dancefloor destroyer though, with menacing bass hits mixed together with flanged strings for a true midnight delight.
