Review:
Carving out a devilishly dark soundscape haunted by industrial shivers, bass rumbles, smacking drum kicks and all manner of synthetic adornments, Abduction Theory V 2 kicks off with the Mefjus remix of Kryteria - "Awake". An excellent display of dark D&B, it will instantly grab the attention of the Renegade soldiers with driving energy and cacophony of aggressive beats. Over on the flip, the Ble3k remix of Ketz - "Mankind" will unnerve you in a more malevolent manner - expect tripping rhythms, a tense undercurrent of bass, sweeping atmospherics and a more understated and deeply psychological technique at work. Approach with caution.
