Review:
Two veterans of electronic music lock horns for this EP on Old SQL, having previously released on Replug, Deep Blue Eyes, and Hyline Music. Prominent in the game since the early 90s (under countless alias's) they know how to make music that works the floors, which is proven here on four hypnotic progressive tracks. 'Ethereal' is one of the stand outs for us with its laidback groove and trickling melodies, given it an almost Balearic feel. Following close behind is 'Alchemist' which has a little more punch and drive so probably the most floor friendly.. Get stuck into the whole EP though as there is plenty on offer.
